Beware if you are returning something without the receipt weather it's on sale or not doesn't matter if you paid full price  for that item you'll be lluckey to get a store credit for half of what the item is worth awful customer service. I will never shop there again

 So what your saying is that "ANYONE" That returns something without a recipt,is a Thief! Your the thief, this is a huge company and if it's gonna really gonna hurt you to exchange an item without the recipt,YOUR THE "THEIF". How dare you call me a thief. I'm a faithful customer who has been shopping at your ripe off of a store for way to many years.. and if you can't accommodate me for a simple return or even exchange , then your the one who needs to be checked,what a joke. And yes the customer service is a bsolutly hidious... hope I never have to go in there again ..

 SO because YOU are not responsible for YOUR actions, THEY are the bad guys because THEY wont let YOU screw them over. How does that work exactly? HOW is it "Bad" customer service to NOT allow YOU to commit fraud? Without proof of purchase which is what your reciept is, THEY do not know if YOU are just ANOTHER THIEF trying to get something for nothing. But instead of being an adult and understanding that YOU screwed up by NOT bringing in a reciept to PROVE beyond a doubt that YOU did indeed purchase said item, YOU throw a TEMPERTANTRUM in the store then commit a CRIME by defaming them on a public forum. WHERE in your post is there ANY proof that THEY had bad customer service? Them NOT allowing YOU to return a item WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE doesnt make them bad. Grow up!!! STOP ACTING LIKE A CHILD! YOU SCREWED UP!! No reciept means NO RETURN!! Its been the industry standard for as long as reciepts have been given out. What makes you think that YOU are above everyone else and that THEY should just give you your way because YOU SAY you purchased the item. Without proof of purchase they MUST assume that YOU ARE A THIEF! Then since YOU didnt get your way, YOU commit a crime. REAL MATURE!! Its a good thing that THEY are not going to have YOU in thier store. At least it will be one less individual STEALING!
