The Rite Aid Pharmacy in Oakhurst, CA has a business policy of lying to the consumer about their prescription. If it can be filled or not filled, if the medicine is available or has to be ordered, if prior authorization is required.
The technicians and pharmacists knowingly and willfully lie about these matters which causes a serious delay in getting much needed medicine. The lies and fraud of this Pharmacy have caused me serious harm because of the extended delays they intentionally created.
The deploreable rudeness and incompetence of technicians that is encouraged by management demonstrates the policy of Rite Aid. The corporate headquarters is aware of the dishonest and negligent conduct of pharmacy personnel and they do not care because they support it.
The CA Pharmacy Board is aware of Rite Aid's gross negligence and dishonesty but the Pharmacy Board was not created to protect the consumer. The Pharmacy Board was created to employ friends and relations of highly paid government persons.
This Rite Aid Pharmacy in Oakhurst is more likely than not the most crooked one in California. There are so many complaints filed against Rite Aid Pharmacy, it simply supports my claim that Rite Aid Corporation supports and encourages deceptive, misleading, dispicable business practices and operates in bad faith. This spells out crooked.

What exactly are you saying? That Rite Aid Pharmacy has a hatred and contempt for people who take pain medicine or schedule 2 medicine? That Rite Aid lies, deceives, falsifies the facts, and uses antagonizing conduct toward customers who need these medicines filled? What you are suggesting has simply made my case. Regarding your statement “I’ll even go farther and your problem either stems from trying to refill a prescription before it is time, or having multiple prescriptions from different doctors” certainly begs the question: what exactly is the problem with submitting a prescription for a lawfully prescribed medicine at any time? Would the pharmacist simply say it can not be filled until a certain date? As far as having multiple prescriptions from different doctors - what is that about? What exactly is that about? Your response sounds so highly discriminatory, biased, contemptuous, disdainful, and down right illegal as hell (HIPAA) I’ll bet you are associated with Rite Aid or the Board. You - fool - have made my case.

I'm going to take a wild guess here and since you left off any indiction of what the drugs are for, that they are one of the many "pain killers" and most likely one of the many highly regulated "Schedule 2" Narcotic drugs.
I'll even go farther and your problem either stems from trying to refill a prescription before it is time, or having multiple prescriptions from different doctors.
