Wilbur and Associates Nasty, hateful, vulgar, and vile Normal, Illinois

   In August of 2012, an associate of Wilbur and Associates contacted stating that I had no insurance and that they were hired by state farm to collect for an accident that I had not had. When I tried explaining to the person she promptly responded that she did not care and that I had to pay this bill of 2087 dollars. I told her that I could not and would not pay this money for an accident that I did not have. She asked what my income was and when I said I had no income she stated that I need to borrow the money from my family or take my sons death benefit to pay them off. I contacted them in writing because I could not believe she wanted me to take my sons money or to borrow it from my family. She then further stated "Do you like to drive? Because we can contact the local department of motor vehicles and have my license taken!" I told her that first of all you cannot threaten me and that she had the wrong person. 

   She didn't care about anything but the money. And even after all was said and done they are still trying to collect money from a person that did not have this accident. This company has vial and threaten workers who don't give a flip if it is for you or any other person, all this company wants is money. These are the type of people that make living a normal life sad and discouraging. They should be put out of business and thrown into their own special hole never to be heard from again. Sorry if that seems harsh but these people are promoting theft and only are in it for the money. There is no customer care or facts associated with Wilber and Associates!
