We started a new internet business in August 2011.  We sought out a credit processing service to handle transactions.  After looking at FAKE reviews (found out later they generated their own reviews/certificates) We used (US) Flagship Merchants.

Don't be fooled by low, advertised costs (no sign up fee, no contract, no annual charges, etc).  We was told if no transactions, it would be a minimum of $25/month, and NO cancellation fee.  After about 3 months, sales were not where we wanted them, so we decided to cancel services with Flagship Merchants and just use PayPal.  We called to cancel without penalty in November 2011.  We kept getting transferred, phone disconnects, and left several messages with Will Teleau a "representative" at 1-866-416-0244 ext 132 for a return phone call.  He never returned the call.

A charged was on our WELLS FARGO account in early December 2011, we called to dispute, and we thought it was over because we used the WELLS FARGO stop payment services.  Boy were we in for a surprise!

A charged showed up for $143 later on again in December 2011, and we called WELLS FARGO to dispute.  WELLS FARGO charged us $31 to stop payment and gave a reference number to dispute the claim.  In February 2012, I called to check on the status of the old claim, because I saw a NEW  charge of $2.15 from the same company in a different form.

After speaking with the claims agent at the WELLS FARGO banking/dispute center, I was told that WELLS FARGO would not pursue reimbursement any further.  The agent stated, "As a business, you have 24 hours to dispute a claim, and it took you 3 days to dispute the transaction.  Sorry, we can't help you."  The agent said good luck, and got off of the phone.

I now know why WELLS FARGO can't help.  WELLS FARGO owns Flagship Merchants.  At www.cardservicesales.com (Flagship Merchants website), scroll to bottom of homepage and see 'Flagship Merchant Services is a registered ISO/MSP of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Walnut Creek, CA.'

Avoid this company, and WELLS FARGO at all cost.  They are deceitful, have hidden charges, and when you no longer want their services, they don't return your calls and constantly debit your account.  Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit, feel free to respond.
