last time I communicated with Urbanq. was on 4/9/2002, on my one year anniversary of sending e-mails back and forth with customer service about my $39.99 rebate. Needless to say I never got it! I got the same story as another customer that the company who had cut the checks made a mistake and that they would be sending out a new batch shortly. Shorly......a year later I was still trying to get answers. Never got a response to my last e-mail. I have a 1/2 inch thick file of the e-mails back and forth and would like to bring these rip-off artist to justice. Anyone with an open case. I also want to call my local TV program director to see if they will do a segment on these people "shame on YOU", I am sure they have more avail avenues to investigate. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH URBANQ
