Three Guys Roofing, INC ThreeGuys Roofing Faulty incomplete work, failure to honor contract Juno Beach Florida

Date of Service July 2014 Roof Repair in order to correct mold issues -Shawn Wolfe, owner, only came out to my property to provide "estimate" and collect check. I recently learned much of the work outlined in contract was not performed. Furthermore Shawn Wolfe will not identify the individuals he sent out to work on my roof. This botched work has resulted in additional leaks, creating damage to ceiling and negating previous mold remediation work.

Shawn Wolfe-ThreeGuys Roofing, provided for a two year warranty, under the contract we signed. We have spent months attempting to get Wolfe to honor warranty and come out to the property. He consistently refuses to honor the contract. Although he sometimes responds, he is only doing so to string us along. We therefore must find another roofing company to fix his botched work and the damage that resulted.

Also, we were referred to Wolfe by Mold Remediation Company, as both companies apparently are involved in a referral network. These recommendations do not appear to be based ability to attest to quality of work and are merely a service these individual companies pay for. Stay away! ThreeGuys Roofing was the worst thing to happen to my home!
