I placed a flower delivery order to the hotel on the 22nd for the 23rd fronm a website called RUSSIANFLORA.COM, located in Boston, Massachusetts. The gifts, in this case for the jubilee, where suppose to be delivered before check-in time for my guests arriving from another country. Having spoken with my gusts the night of the 23rd I learned that the gifts had not been delivered. I phoned the RUSSIAFLORA.COM for the explanation. I was told the delivery will be made on the 25th, the day after my guests would have departed. I expressed my unsatisfacture and asked if there was anything they could do to make it right. I was promised a phone call back after: "we'll see what we can do" No call came. I phoned them couple of more times, since I was not sure what was happening at this pont. The phone started to be slammed down after my voice was heard on the phone. Finally, nobody picked-up.

My next step was to get in touch with my credit card company, since I had payed and they had not delivered. I learned that the charge was pending. I was requireing about dropping it, so I would be able to pay another company in hopes to reverse the embarressing situation . During our three-way-call with my creditcard company and RUSSIANFLORA I learned that they cannot cancel the charge for the following reasons: only the manager can cancel it, the manager is not there, they cannot give us the manager's phone number, they could not call him either, because, actually, they don't even know his number. This followed by just hanging up the phone on us. Next morning the full amount, I payed for the order, had been posted. I had payed for services and products that I never received, I was left with an embarrassing situation in front of my guests. I had spent over 8 hours experiencing exceptionally rude treatment  by the RUSSIANFLORA employees. Eventhough, my card cpmpany credited my account for the amount, the RUSSIANFLORA still has the money until the despute is over.
