My name is Nicholas Fuelling and I am the owner of Res-Com Environmental Inc. I do apologize that I have not responded any sooner. We have been investigating "Tom" for months now and could not comment until the investigation was to this point. Multiple law enforcement agencies have told us to not contact "Tom" and give him clues about the investigation against him. That is why we have not posted a response on this site. We are now to the point where "Tom" can be prosecuted for fraudulent activity, not limited to credit card fraud, embezzlement, grand theft, and death threats.

Yes Deanna, "Tom" has made death threats against co-workers, my family, and I. We can almost guarantee he was following you as you claim. Please be careful and get a restraining order. We are all in the process of getting restraining orders against him. He has a past history of violence that has been revealed to me.

"Tom" is terrified and knows we have been compiling this evidence against him. This can be clearly seen in his slander and fabricated lies posted on this site. He is a desperate man and a compulsive liar who, as his history shows, will go to great lengths to protect and advance himself through lies, violence, and other criminal acts.

The authorities showed me his criminal record. "Tom" was convicted on two felony counts and one misdemeanor for fraud a few years ago. This is why he is trying to place blame on others for his crimes. These crimes will add numerous counts to his record and will undoubtedly lead to a long prison sentence.

I am not here to slander "Tom", his family, or to fabricate lies as he has done. I am here to resolve issues with customers he misled and to further our investigation against him by collecting information from these customers. Evidence continues to unfold regarding Thomas Anderson's management of operations with Res-Com and AABIE. "Tom" has a trail of this fraud with some of the customers he dealt with. Some customers were abused by "Tom" under his mismanagement. Res-Com has been correcting this matter by refunding any customer who has been victimized by "Tom" and his AABIE Association.

You are beating a dead horse. You have no idea of what the heck you are talking about. WHy don't you read what I write first. Then respond INTELLIGENTLY! I know you are trying. I am trying to be patient with you.

But your lack of understanding is tantamount to writing to a wall. You only see what you want. You have already made up your mind about me without knowing anything about me or my character! Like you said, monique only worked there three months or less. She knew NOTHING about anything! I KNOW EVERYTHING! I have told investigator GAULT EVERYTHING!

As to what you write about the article. You are absolutely correct except for a few minor points. For one, I did not have any idea that ADAM FUELLING was withdrawing money from people's accounts as cardmember services, inc based out of Delaware with an L.A. phone number. I also had no idea about people being charged any other fees other than the memberships which are fully disclosed in the rescom website and in paperwork. Another point you make that makes me think you never read my posts completely is the fact that you refer to signed I-9s employee paperwork and the like.

I wrote previously (you would have seen it had you READ my post completely) that the FOOLINGS shredded all documents after they found out that the DA's office was investigating them and after my meeting with Sam Gault which I initiated! The shredded items included all inspector files, tests, answer sheets, photos of inspectors, and anything that would expose people's names to investigators should they be served with a search warrant (about 3-5,000 files which is a hair more than 600). But don't worry, all files were provided to Sam by myself on ADAM FUELLING's 40GB Portable Hard Drive. He has all rescom files and credit card transactions.

Let me also enlighten you as to the TRUTH. Because the TRUTH can never be changed NOR attacked. People like ZACK and SARA and anyone related to the FUELLINGS will try and con you into thinking that I am the bad guy but I assure you, I am not and I will keep defending myself until all of the FOOLINGS are in jail!

I have provided (WHICH YOU CAN CALL YOURSELF AND VERIFY) investigator Gault with a hand written outline point by point in ZACKARY FUELLING'S own handwriting of what he wanted in the letter to Celia Lamb. So yes! they micromanaged everything. Apparently, monique did not work at RESCOM long enough to discover anything. Monique's and any other entry level employee's world revolved around me! AS A CLASS A COWARD, ZACKARY PAUL FUELLING used me as a middle man to stand between him and the "people in the back" as he referred to the sales people. And as any manager in any company, I followed the wishes of my boss and company owner, ZACKARY PAUL FUELLING. I had control of the employees that I supervised insofar as controlling their tardiness, leaving work early, and making sure that they were not making personal calls, etc...

ZACKARY PAUL FUELLING made all decisions about everything! I am not going to sit here and accept blame for the crap that ZACK and his family did! I don't care if YOU believe me or not. You would be surprised how much of a micro manager ZACKARY PAUL FUELLING and his dad DONALD WALTER FUELLING are. YOU DO NOT KNOW THESE PEOPLE. I know them. Did you read in any of these posts where they came on and denied ANY points that I made as to the TRUTH? NO and you know why? As for the employee rights posters. Yeah, there was one posted on the very back wall at rescom. But it was meaningless because ZACK FOOLING never followed any fair labor practices. If his operation was an apartment complex, he would be termed a "slumlord."

Also, if rescom called and harassed you, be sure to include for those damages in your class action lawsuit. I am sure that your lawyers (unless they are total and utter idiots) have made provisions for this in their complaint and civil action paperwork.

Apparently, you also don't read anything completely because had you read the SBJ article, you would have read that it was not me that was quoted as saying, "res-com has no connection to restcon environmental a division of restoration consultants, inc." I did not say that. However, this is an accurate statement.

Restoration Consultants is a very reputable nationwide consulting firm that is very respected by me and many other professionals in the Indoor Air Quality arena. I know Mr. Jim Holland (Owner & CEO) personally and his wife Pam. They are very good people and have no connection whatsoever to Res-Com Environmental. Res-Com was called rescom before Restoration consultants changed their name to RESTCON. Jim Holland was actually quite upset when he found out that there was another company out there with a similar name. I can understand why. He is now associated with this BS due to nothing he did. Anyway, the way that restcon was named is that they just shortened their name. RESToration CONsultants, hence RESTCON Environmental. Again, RestCon is a very REPUTABLE and respected consulting firm. Mr Jim Holland is an awesome person and his wife is one of the nicest people I knew. Please do not bring them into this discussion as they have nothing to do with anything. Thank-you.

Like you wrote, all people enrolled in the courses were mandatory AABIE members as evidenced by the fees they paid that was disclosed to them verbally and on the website. Rescom sold approximately 3-6 thousand courses. Therefore, there are at least 3,000 AABIE members. This is how Mr. FOOLING came up with that number.

You are right also about the ad they placed in the help wanted section. THe ad said nothing about jobs.

But YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY WRONG about the people's choice about coming aboard as employees or subcontractors. The choice for this is theirs. However, employee or subcontractor $0 income coming in is still $0 income coming in. Regardless! Employee or subcontractor makes no difference! This is exactly the reasoning ZACKARY PAUL FOOLING had when he made this up after the November 9 meeting with the BBB regarding the scathing BBB report.

He said, "I will bring people as subcontractors or employees! That way, I can still run the ad the way it is!" And that is exactly what he did! whithin two months, he changed the program and added an employee hiring packet onto the website but nothing else changed!

As for Dawnel Smith (now GREER), she was one of the first that went through the program. She actually went on several inspections. She is one of the very, very, very, very few people that actually went out on a real inspection for rescom. She is a very nice lady. I am sure that she can confirm what I am writing here if you or any of your representatives contact her.

I can tell you exactly how a top executive at rescom does not know what's going on.

ZACKARY PAUL FUELLING, his Dad DONALD WALTER FUELLING, and his brothers, etc...have meetings from 4-5am until about 11am or 12pm. THey make major decisions, find out new ways to scam people, etc...they take meticulous notes. After this, Zack comes into the office and closes his door until about 3-4p.m. ANY PAST RESCOM EMPLOYEE CAN VERIFY THIS (the part about zack coming in closing his door)!!!!!He is a coward.

Whenever a bill collector or someone else came to the office at 4608 roseville road suite 105, I was always the one that greeted them and talked to them and explained that Zack (or Mr. Sanders) was not available. I believe that the Yellow pages also know him as Mr. Richard Sanders (or it could be Billy Bob, or another alias...he has so many).

Anyway, to get back on track, ZACKARY never discussed anything. Around 3-4 he would come out of his lair and say hi to me and ask how are sales, what happened today? Then he would give me a copy of his agenda for me. He would ask me to write letters responding to BBB complaints, AG Complaints, Angry customers, etc...YES! he told me what to write, checked what I wrote to make sure that everything he wants in it was in it. I never saw the letters after that. He makes changes to some, to others, he sends out unchanged. I have no idea. But he takes it.

Adam Fuelling, the brother, checks all of the PO BOXES and brings any and all letters to ZACKARY who opens ALL letters and reads all of them and never gives out any mail. Even if it is addressed to you. I caught him several times doing this to my and others' mail in the office. Past non-sales employees can verify this!

The mom Peggy Fuelling aka Linda aka Peggy A. Frazee is responsible for receiving all employee/subcontractor applications. She loses a lot of them but that is what she does. The Dad Donald Walter Fuelling does all of the inspections along with myself (used to until I quit 3-22-06). Peggy aka Linda also did all of the Quickbooks Pro stuff for the bookkeeping and accounting along with Adam and Zackary. Adam and Zackary charged all credit card transactions. Adam is the electronics guy that made up all of the websites and was also in charge of setting up the merchant companies (they had like 5 over the years).

They kept me and everyone else in the company in the dark. They treated us like mushrooms, kept us in the dark and fed us just what BS we needed to know in order to keep us doing our jobs effectively.

So to answer your question DEANNA, that is how a top level executive at resCON does not know what is going on.

As soon as I had gathered enough information to make an informed decision, I chose to quit and made my way to the DA's office. I presented all evidence needed to convict the FOOLINGS! It is up to Sam and the Da's office or the AUSA's office now to make a decision on whether or not to pursue the case. Instead of writing in here and harassing the WRONG GUY, you should be making calls to the DA's office, Assistant US Attorney's (AUSA's) office, and any others that will listen to what you have to say. I have done my part.

Deanna, I understand why you HATE me! I can not say that if in your position, I wouldn't be the same. However, I have provided more than enough info here to make you clearly understand that I am with you on this. We are seeking the same end here. I am trying to direct your efforts to the right place.

Believe me, I really want to take the Fuellings down in the criminal justice system and in civil litigation. I know you want the same. It only took Monique THREE MONTHS to figure it out but YOU, the TOP EXECUTIVE MANAGER at Res-Com, who also denies running AABIE out of the Res-Com office, are now claiming that you were not, in any way, a part of the Res-Com/AABIE scam, RIGHT?????? RIGHT!! HMMM, that Monique must be one smart cookie to have figured it out before you did, TOM. Now how do you suppose that happened???

I know because that's ?EXACTLY? what happened to me, TOM and YOU know IT. I loaned the money to Jerry and then Res-Com started charging my credit card with bogus charges without my permission after I told Res-Com I only loaned Jerry the one time charge of $290.00 to belong to AABEY so he could work for Res-Com as an employee. By the way, the harassing phone calls with the long litany of the Sacramento Symphony playing and running the tape out on my answering machine was a ?NICE TOUCH?. You're all a bunch of THUGS and STUPID THUGS at that! AABIE isn't recognized by anyone but the people at Res-Com who run their scam on innocent victims. You don't offer trainings, you offer people jobs, take their money and then tell them they have to go through training FIRST and then they will spend two weeks in training in the field with a Res-Com trainer. HOW DARE you lie and tell the newspaper Res-Com was offering a choice of applying for employment or training as an independent contractor and that people must have filled out the wrong paperwork with Res-Com."What a bunch of CRAP". Yes,you said that on the bottom of page 8 of the article. "We run classified ads as necessary until we have the number of qualified inspectors to fulfill our contracts and inspection needs?. Gordon said, ?I can say that a good majority of the people that get into the program with us to become inspectors fail to do so because they do not fill all of the appropriate paperwork, have undisclosed criminal convictions, can't pass the simple, hands-on training or don't get through the courses.?(Well, as a Senior HR Staffing Consultant in the high tech industry for 25 years, I can tell you right now....... Res-Com violated several laws in the California Labor Law Digest. Number one, if you offer a person a job before you've done the background check, you have to make the offer contingent upon the results of the background check. You never said that or had it in writing. If you did find something in their background, you better be able to produce that in court because you're going to have to prove that allegation. By the way, what company did you use to do the background check? I know most of the company's that do that so you might as well tell everyone what company you used. I seriously doubt you or anyone else at Res-Com used any company that did background checks because you never hired anyone to be an inspector. The jobs were offered to the applicants before they even knew about or took the tests for "AABIE". Applicant's were told that the tests were just a formality and not to worry about it. "Just fill out the application and send it to us." "Once we receive it, you're hired and we'll start the training process. YEAH, RIGHT! The information about taking the test for AABIE comes after the fact. IMAGINE THAT!!! I know, because that's what four people I know personally were told by Res-Com and if they were told that, I can imagine how many others were told the same thing. ("RES-CONS")

The newspaper article sites several complaints from several people who lost their money to Res-Com. Dawnel Greer said, ?We all thought we were building a business. It was a real shock. I still own equipment and I have no way to use it?

The newspaper also reports ?they say Res-Com Environmental Inc used misleading advertisements to attract people to it's professional training program. The miffed job seekers spent hundreds of dollars on course tuition and fees only to learn that there was no work available or that they still did not qualify for a job. The BBB says it has received 79 complaints about Res-Com since October 2003, including 49 in the past year.

Well, TOM, it sounds like now you're doing an about face compared to what you reported to Celia Lamb. Can't imagine why, can you? Tell us...how does a TOP EXECUTIVE like you not know what's really going on? I have never worked with a TOP EXECUTIVE, CEO,CFO,CTO,etc in a nationwide company who had to be given hand written notes so he/she would know what to write in an email to a disgruntled applicant. Sounds more like someone who BRAGS about being a TOP EXEC but is so incompetent that they can't even write a simple email without being micro managed by the owner. Sounds awfully suspicious, TOM.

One additional thing that I left out of that report was that I went to the post office today 5-2-06 to check on the PO BOX that was set up for the AABIE. It looks like they had the lock changed on the box a while back and also they paid for another term for the box. This is for PO BOX 4541 Citrus Heights, CA 95611.

DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO THIS ADDRESS. I got the box closed and a FRAUD INVESTIGATION STARTED WITH THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.

Luckily, they paid via check and the USPS will soon know who the culprit is! They will be charged with a federal crime!

If you have so many photos of me following you around San Jose, call the POLICE! FIle any action you need to because I DID NOT EVER, EVER, EVER Follow you or anyone else! I hope that the license plate was visible in your photos! You are one paranoid person. If you believe that you were followed, you may have been! I was not there, so I can not say. Only you know what you went through! But the police can and will investigate your claims and I WELCOME THIS!

A simple DMV license plate check will reveal who was following you. I can tell you that I have not owned the vehicle you think was following you (WHITE FORD F250, Lifted, 35" tires) since February ($70 per week in gas was just too much to bear) so I doubt if it was my truck that was following you. I can account for my time for whatever date that was.

I have a very set schedule and I have nothing to hide. I would be more than happy to talk to any police department investigator that is necessary in order to prove that was not me following you. I have not been to San Jose since 1995. I also have no idea where it is that you reside nor do I care to.

I hope that the person following you is apprehended and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! and I hope that your pictures help take them down. I won't worry about it because I have the truth on my side and that is all I need.

As for your other accusation that I did not call investigator Gault. YOU ARE WRONG! Call investigator Gault and I am sure that he would be more than happy to set you straight on this fact. I contacted him first. I went down to his office on several occasions. I presented him with more evidence to take those scumballs (FUELLINGS) down with than he ever needed!

On another note, the email you got from me was sent under the direction of Zackary Paul Fuelling. He advised me to send you that letter worded that way. This is the way Zack Fuelling works: He writes me a handwritten note telling me what he wants in a letter. I write the letter. He looks over it to make sure it states exactly what he wants said! He approves it. I send it. That's it.

I demonstrated this to investigator Gault by showing him the notes he wrote me (in ZACK's own handwriting) as to what he wanted in a letter. I then showed him letters I typed.

Again, the truth is on my side and nothing can change that. I have many witnesses that will testify as to my role as manager. NOTHING gets done without ZACKARY P. FUELLING's approval. I could not even fire a weed smoking, fight starting sales person! Zack kept him just because the guy could sell courses. He is a very greedy person! He dictated everything from when people could go on breaks to who (which sales people) got their commissions taken away!

So, to correct you! It was not in my power to get anything taken care of with respect to who got money back and who did not! Zack and Adam Fuelling are the only ones that charged people's cards and they were the only ones that could put the money back! Your friends Jennifer D. and Monique W. Can attest to this fact!

As a matter of fact, I have presented investigator Gault with copies of email correspondence between Zackary P. Fuelling and Adam Fuelling discussing whether or not Zackary was ready to give people money back. His reply in one of the emails was (and I quote), "Not yet. I will let you know in a few days." You can confirm this with investigator Gault if you doubt my word!

I am truly sorry for what has happened to all of Res-Com's victims! I did not know they were stealing money. I got suspicious, I confirmed my suspicions and then contacted the district attorney's office.

It is not as simple as you think. You have to be meticulous. You can not just up and quit and go to the DA without EVIDENCE. Otherwise, all they will do is take your statement and that's it. They will try to investigate but will get nowhere fast! I did not want this. I wanted to be sure of exactly what was going on. I wanted to gather evidence. When I got the evidence I needed, I quit my job, I went to the DAs, and wrote in here along with other agencies and entities.

If I read Sara's response correctly, AABIE has been shut down. I have to wonder what that does for the certification that has been issued to a select few, which in my mind was always questionable. If the certification agency no longer exist what then to the inspectors that relyed on that credential do? And as Tom/Jose/Muhamid would like to suggest, the tests themselves may be suspect due to a lack of qualified personnel or testing facilities. If the tests are questionable it stands to reason the homeowners should be asking questions about any work done as a result of these tests.

I have read the criminal/civil backgrounds of the people involved and while that is always a consideration as to the character of the person, I tend to look more closly at the recent activities. Res-Com has set a clear precidence for deceit. There are clear indicaters that there are financial problems exhibited from recent law suits. Yellow Pages looks to be suing them. That is an important advertising tool that will dry up on them. Even if they pay the bill the terms and conditions usually demand advanced payment for future ads. Sara suggests that they are remunerating victims. More money out and less coming in though I doubt that's the case.

Everything leads up to instability. If they aren't paying their bills why should they pay you? They will so long as it is expedient but eventually you will wind up a debtor on a bankruptcy schedule. Instead of being their supporer you will be indignant just like all the other employees and insiders who were ok with everything till the money ended for them.

Get mad now Jim because of all the victims. Become angry because you may be one of them. Be resentful that these people have done this in your community. If Fuelling was a neighbor, would you ask him to watch your house while you were out of town? No way! Then why feel ok about doing business with a crook until you become a victim?

That's all self serving crap. This is not an issue about certification. It is an issue about running ads across the US for jobs. Res-Com ran the ads. That would imply that there were jobs in New York, Missouri or wherever else the ads were ran. If the applicant wasn't certified then they were directed to AABIE which has been shown to be owned by Res-Com and administered by Adam Fuelling. It was bait and switch. You seem to artfully dodge the point of the complaints here. It wasn't the certification it was the lack of jobs.

I think you understand perfectly well why the domain was changed by Adam. Because it showed very clearly that AABIE was owned by Res-Com. If that is the case and there is no doubt about that, then there is a very clear smoking gun showing not only the above to be true but also their attempts to hide that fact, which in itself is an indictment as to their complicity in all of this.

No one is a fan of Tom. But the facts can't be changed by you casting aspersions at him. He had no ownership of AABIE. If the Fuellings are doing anything positive now to remunerate victims then it's mitigating the damages before the indictments hit. Hello you all!!! This is Jim from Santa Rosa again. It has been a while Johnny. I only want to comment because my livelihood could be at risk if a few liars ruin a good thing. My inspctions business is still good and I want it to continue. I may be a country boy but I am not stupid. A few things do not add up here. The last time I checked on this site Jose and Muhammid were all for Res-Com and had great things to say. What a change????? Something sounds fishy here. It sounds like Tom/Jose/Muhamid and whoever else he/she is may be attempting to get the light off of their own dark shadow. I have a few friends with backgrounds in law enforcement and I had them look up the records of the accused. (I have to protect my own interests here). I found Don Fuelling Jr. does have a few run ins with the law from the early ninities. But to be fair here I also checked out Thomas Anderson/Tom Anderson/Jose as well. And their is one liar for sure here. Thomas Anderson does have 2 felonies. My law friend did say there were a few Thomas Andersons with records in the Sacramento area. But he checked into a few other things and pinpointed this one to be the likely Thomas Anderson. Good thing you were not on the stand. You would have just committed purjury!!!!

You chose not to address the facts listed in my last comment about the change of the domain by Adam. Nor really have you addressed articulately the responsability of the principle of any business to bare the burdens of civil and criminal violations.

The exchange between you and Tom is more of what I described earlier as rolling over on each other. As this progresses the authorities have probably already decided that Tom was in this up to his eyeballs but right now they want to make a case and he is helping them do that.

In the world you are living in it's about who makes the deal first or mitigating your damages while you can. The authorities are sitting back and watching you all disintegrate making their jobs so much easier. It hasn't escaped my attention that the emails coming from Tom also have the name Jose and earlier Muhamid.

As the authorities investigate they will follow the money as will the IRS. Hard drives can be erased but the banks will provide a smoking gun. I doubt Tom's name appears on any bank account. Did he get a cut of the action? Probably his paycheck.

If the Fuelling's are outraged by his behavior in their name, why then haven't they made refunds available to the complainants instead of trying to hide the relationship between Res-Com and AABIE? It seems the principles of the company (s) can acquire assets but choose not to pay for their Yellow Page ads.

We observers are repulsed by the actions of the relatively few frauds out there. We don't like them in our neighborhoods, we don't want our kids playing with them and we don't want to see others become victims. Those of us that pay our bills are indignant that others do not. Those of us that understand that you can't pick and choose what laws to break feel that people like the Fuellings are a menace to society. It's really about honor. I would move the earth to keep from having myself tied to accusations like this.

This is a real easy answer Sara. Earlier in the email thread I asked if the felony report I found was for Tom Gordon aka Tom Anderson. Either it is or isn't but it seems pretty clear that he was into this up to his neck. However his name is not on the corporate charter, the Fuellings are. They are also owners of the domain. Equate this to a stick up. The Fuellings provided the car, the plan and certainly benefited from the loot. Did they scream indignantly when the invoices for the newspapers ads all over the country came in? Certainly they knew no jobs existed in other parts of the country. Nope Tom doesn't really appear anywhere except in the getaway car. In my mind there is no doubt he at least obstructed justice and may very well face charges himself.

Here's what's gonna happen now. It's every crook for himself. All the old friends are going to start pointing the finger at the other so they can absolve themselves of any complicity or cut a deal with the authorities. Just like crooks do they roll over on each other to avoid the heat.

So far as the Fuellings go. There is plenty of public record out that sheds light on their character. Tom didn't make them do anything they didn't want to do. Everyone has a choice to say no. They are like a roving band of gypsies going from scam to scam and now they are teaching another generation a trade, deceit, lying, cheating, and stealing.

At the end of the day you will not be judged by the car you drive or the house you live in. You will be judged by what kind of man you are. The Fuellings do not have the respect of the community or the business world.

Like I said before, patience. Investigators have to interview people. Pull evidence and get it to the grand jury. It takes a while but it will happen. Sadly this is a way of life for them and they will find another scam to go on to after this.

Thomas Anderson AKA: Tom Gordon (owner of AABIE and Operations Director for Res-Com Environmental), you are so disappointing. I do not understand why you decided to lie about what happen under your MANAGEMENT. Everything you stated was YOUR JOB, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. I have heard you first hand lie to people. I worked in Tom's office at a desk a few feet from him for months. I know you have been reprimanded for lying in the past. You have a long history of dishonesty that has just been revealed. Nicholas Fuelling trusted you like FAMILY to be honest with people, but greed got in your way. He had faith that you would run the company in an ethical manner since he was out of the office so much. I recall getting many customers that talked to you and told me what kind of nonsense you said. The way you are speaking to the Fuellings on this web site is exactly how you treated customers. I got many emails forwarded to me from customers that complained about you Tom, and they all represented the same tone you spoke with in your entry on this site. I can't count how many times you told the customers they were the ones lying and that you will sue them if they complain to the company or the BBB.

When I addressed the issue with you, you would always tell me that they were all lying and at the time I had no reason not to trust your word, I TRUSTED YOU. It was not until the complaints piled up when I first questioned your motive. It is apparent that you were not doing your job, you were not following the strict guidelines that are required for guaranteeing customer satisfaction for the sales of YOUR AABIE courses, and you were the one ultimately committing fraud if it was done. Almost all customers talked to You, You managed the sales team, and You had all the responsibility. I do not think it is a coincidence that all the complaints came under your management.

One of the worst times I can recall your actions is when a customer called complaining about you Tom and you pretended to be a higher up manager. You apologized to the customer for Toms horrible way of treating the customer and you told the customer that Tom would be reprimanded and recommended for termination. You even went to the extreme of plugging your nose as you spoke with the customer to change the sound of your voice. And when you hung up you laughed at the customer for believing you and your lies. You handled your own complaint calls promising false action. All I could do is shake my head in disgust because you were my boss.

It is to my knowledge that you made a significant financial gain and you were not shy to talk about what new car or extravagant material items you just purchased. You talked about your huge profit bonuses from all the sales you were making and the sales staff under YOUR control were making.

I am not about to reveal personal aspects of your life like where you live, what color your car is or anything else that might compromise your right to privacy. Unlike you I have ethics and morals that I will not compromise. One thing I have to reveal about Tom is that he is a compulsive liar, meaning he lies when there is no reason to be untruthful and he does it often. It is my opinion that this could have been prevented if you had been honest. I remember specifically when Dwayne a sales guy you hired was talking to you in our office and you were putting him down for telling customers to read the terms and conditions about the membership fees. At the time I did not put two and two together because I trusted you to manage me and the other staff.

But now I know the truth. If these things happened this often while I was in your office I can only imagine what you did when I was not there. Greed has changed you and I can understand why you are scared, you have probably committed fraud and it is only natural that you blame others, but the truth will come out.

I am a subcontractor that works with AABIE. My name is Sara and I work part time grading AABIE tests. If you were a customer I dealt with you knew me as Sara in the AABIE testing dept. I was only in the office M-W-F from 9am-12pm. If you were a customer and I graded your tests I can honestly say that your tests were graded correctly and accurately per the answer keys given to me that were created by Thomas Anderson and AABIE. Also, Tom I have not been 17 for about 3 years, it just shows how much you knew me. I am also in school studying biology with a concentration in microbiology. I was very disappointed when talking with Tom about fungal spores.

Naturally I thought that a microbiologist that works exclusively with fungal spores could enlighten me on my latest unit in a biology major course. Tom did not know up from down in the fungal world. He had to look everything up on the internet and it seemed that I knew more than him. I would expect someone who believes they are so great for completing college to actually offer something more than what I got. He is below average in respects to his expertise. I am here only because Tom's lying has to STOP. It is the most disgusting thing to watch someone blatantly lie about everything for their own gain. He is doing himself a disservice trying to blame others for his crime.

*On a personal note, Tom and Kim I feel betrayed. Everyone trusted you like family. You were friends. I just cannot believe the levels you two went to here to cover your tracks. It makes me sad, but at the same time it brings me back to reality in the sense that you really can't trust people. You both were examples of that harsh reality. I just want you to tell the truth and stop hurting others for your actions. All I can say is that it is very disappointing

They are also known as "Environmental Services" and are currently soliciting business via mail by postcards in the sacramento and milwaukee areas with other areas no doubt in the near future.

They also have a new separate 800 number.

Since I left, they have no microbiologist to analyze their samples and thus they have resorted to scamming their clients as well now! Zackary Paul Fuelling is now analyzing the laboratory samples on his own. He has no certification or degree to do this. If you have a report dated 3/22/2006 on, your report was written by an unqualified person and one with no training to be able to do the analysis.

They may contend that they had "National Laboratories" do the analysis but that is another name under which they operate.

DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR SCAM.

Zackary, Donald, Nicholas, and Adam owe so many people money that bill collectors are calling the office everyday! In addition, they are currently being pursued by a law firm that represents microtest laboratories to whom they owe money. Analyses for which they have not paid. You can contact Becky, Joyce, or Shawn with microtest for further info on RES-SCAM.

They (Res-SCAM) were recently in the Sacramento Business Journal as well. Unfortunately, Zackary did not comment and just wrote a letter to them. You can contact them to report any additional complaints. They will be writing a follow-up article soon.

I also failed to mention that they were shredding all documentation that was being sent to the office. After the Fuellings learned that the DA's office was investigating them, they shredded everything and erased & destroyed all computer hard drives (bought new computer hard drives) and fired all sales people except Ms. Karen Powers (Pillars = real last name). Karen is a good, hard working employee who follows Zack's orders.

But someone(***wink-wink***) did turn in Adam Fuelling's portable hard drive with evidence of all crimes (local, state, and federal) to the District Attorney's Investigator.

Since nothing has happened with the DA's office as of yet, the Fuellings are feeling a bit cocky and invincible. They do not understand how the disctrict attorney's office works. The wheels of justice may turn slowly but they do turn and in approximately 3-7 months indictments will be handed out and they will pay for what they did to all of us!!!!

I, along with many other ex-employees such as = kevin, dio, theo, joe, anthony, arian, jennifer, monique, dwayne, john, debra, jose, rich, and others will testify and help the prosecution to the best of our ability and bring a closure to this criminal enterprise.

Look out Zackary...we are watching you!! The US Government's best and brightest have unlimited resources and have their crosshairs on you!
