Used Priceline e.com website to make staycation Oregon state, found place, provided necessary info, site says will not b charge pay at hotel/motel

While providing info their website was unstable jumping and dancing around. Finished, received immediately confirmation to e-mail.

Confirmation was for Celina,Ohio. Not what I chose

Immediately called priceline.com customer service. Connected to an outsourced representative, could not find acct after, after providing e-mail and phone info, account was found ,explained situation informed no refund no. No cancellation,immediately messaged bank do no cubs from priceline.com, for$226.80 went through,bank states cannot dispute as I provided info to them.
