Mobile Solutions - voicestream/T-Mobile They got another one, totally ripped me off by forging documents Houston, Texas

After Dealing with these bunch of lunatics I decided to look them up on here to see how many other people they cheated out of their hard earned money. After reading some complaints i decided to file a complaint with the better business bureau. here is what I wrote...

In 2001 I recieved a Mobile solutions cellular phone, through a Voicestream turned T-Mobile agent. I was offered the phone for free to try for a 30 day trial period. I only signed one document stating I was acquiring the phone and had no obligation to buy or sign a contract. I was also told by the agents employees that it was a NO OBLIGATION deal. I did not like the service and retuned the phone to the same booth well before 30 days. Just recently I tried to refinance my house and found out that I had 3 reports for payment delinquency on my credit record. 1. voice stream $423.00 2. T-Mobile $423.00 (notice they duplicated the account since voicestream has been bought out by T-Mobile). 3. Mobile solutions for $540.00. Well come to find out mobile solutions corporation supplies the equipment to the cellular service contractors and they are such a rip-off that they have their own collction agency.

The collection representative told me that mobile solutions and their participating agencies, hire teenagers to stifle consumers into getting the free phones. by lying to consumers. In 30 days it is too late to get credit for the phone because, by the time you figure it out mobile solutions employees have enough information of yours to forge an equipment document, that i was told only had to be initialed and stapled with the document that is signed to acquire the phone equipment for the 30 day trial period.

I have delt with other cellular companies and had problems with service, or did not like the service and recieved a full refund and an apology. These companies build a good name by dealing with customers correctly. Mobile solutions however builds an evil empire by ripping off unknowing consumers by training their employees to lie and decieve the customer.

I have found out through different sources *(in which i will list below) that Moblie solutions corporation has been ripping customers off for at least 4 years, but the BBB states that they have only been in business since Jan 2004. Can you please inform me how that is possible.
