Mitchell N. Kay, PC Law Offices Trying to charge Interest to a 6 years old charged off account of voicestream New York New York

I received a letter from Mitchell N. Kay, PC Law Offices stating that I owe a bill of over $900 to voicestream (currently T-Mobile) and that they were authorized to give me a discount and only charge me $300 for the account to be settled since the collection was already in my credit beareu (which is not because I just bought a house and there was no information regarding this).

I informed them that the account they are talking about was only $300 and has been charged off by Voicestream 6 years ago and no other payment was due. they told me that the reason it was $900 it was due to interest accrue during the years. when I asked them if I could conference them to T-Mobile to sort this out they told me that T-Mobile would not have any information about this (how can they NOT have any information???)

I contacted T-Mobile and they informed me that they couldn't even find the account number that they are claiming I owe so they asked me to call them back and ask for a phone number of the account they are talking about. I called Mitchell N. Kay again and they told me they didn't have that information.
