Mitch Grossman Empire FT, Empire, SO, Ramada Plaza Resorts, Imperial Majesty Cruise Line, Caribbean Cruise Line, Holiday Cruise Line, Empire Travel "Recovering" Drug and Alcohol Addict stole my money! Owes me $1200! Fort Lauderdale Florida

I worked for Mitch in his Fort Lauderdale and South Call Centers over the last 6 months.  I cannot tell you the biggest scam I've ever seen.  First off... one call center is run by a guy who did jail time and the other call center is being run by a guy who was with him for 8-10 years, left, STOLE LEADS FROM HIM, went to a different company and came back last year!  These pieces of s**t are a match made in heaven. 

Let's put it this way.... when you are expecting a $450 commission check and you get less than $100 because of "cancels" and payback for a draw, you're making less than minimum wage... it's against the law!!!  Happen to ME two weeks in a row, totaling almost $1200!

Must have to steal from his employees because it's time for him to buy a new $100k Mercedes. Must be the only way he could have bought it to begin with! Stealing hard working people's money!

If he was truly ethical, probably could only by his black hair dye! a 60 year old man trying to look 30! It's such a bad look!

He's only in the FT office 2-3 hours a day, and SO maybe once a week. His stories of the glory days when he was "shot" and part of the mafia.... all made up. Thinks he's Italian, reallty he's jewish (Grossman??)

Don't believe this piece of s*** and his staff... anything they say.  You'll never be able to trust them.  I've worked in telemarkeing in So Florida for over 10 years, and this guy his croonies give the industry such a bad name.  Maybe if they treated their employees better (as in not allowing some reps to drink on the job), they would have a full room and more sales.  But "Bottom of the barrell" scraping Mitch... he doesn't care he'll just get rid of you..f*** you over on your paycheck and not think twice about it.  He wants you to quit so he can take the rest of your money with mysterious cancels.

But Mitch doesn't lose one minute of sleep at night doing it.  It's become second nature to him, after doing it countless amount of times to hundreds... probably thousands of employees over the years.  

Do yourself two favors:

1) Don't take my word for it... if you go to work or do work in a call center in Broward county... ask around and see if anyone has worked for Mitch. A Coy "Yeah and I got screwed out of money" smile will come over their face,

2) Or, go work at Mitch's office... either one... and find out for yourself. You'll be upset, but... the stories you can tell when you do go work for someone reputible!

Oh.. one last word... this is not a posting regarding Holiday or Caribbean Cruise Line.
