Rachel Davis and Lily's Pad Rescue have repeatedly exploited dogs here in Oregon to get TV exposure. Another post shows she has hired a woman and scam artist named Heather Schwab to get her more publicity. Our five businesses needed an event to come back here and she and Schwab have essentially only thought of themselves and ruined it for those that count on it. All for publicity and donations. You can see that the woman named Heather Schwab is a dog abandoner and more scams. Look up on the Dallas CBS station channel 11. I have and others have been sent proof that they work closely together and are in business meaning funds for the rescue are being paid to Heather Schwab. Do not donate or support Lily's Pad. The focus is not on animals or people in Portland.

This complaint is full of slander and will be addressed through legal venues from here. I have not professionally worked with Heather Schwab, not paid her any money at all, let alone from rescue funds. Lily's Pad Rescue is 100% transparent and our books are always open for review. I can very easily prove that these claims are false since we closely track every dollar in and out. Furthermore, the claims I have made against Amazing Pet Expos, the company who is making these slanderous claims, are strictly facts and provable with bank statements and email correspondence. I paid $300 for an expo that was never booked, and have not received a refund as promised. I have not received money from donations as a result of this fiasco and do not exploit my rescues. Again, easily provable. I have also sent documentation to a Heather Schwab to advise her that she has not been authorized to represent Lily's Pad Rescue in any way.
