I had gone to one dealership the morning of October 23,2015 and was decline so I contacted a another loan company I heard on the radio on my way home that morning and after interviewing me,I was told a dealer was going to call me with in 72 hours and that evening round 7pm in my way to prey meeting,I got a call from Mr.Herb william from koons and said he had a car for me and had gone over my credit and he approved me he said and told me he was a paster and had his own church and to tell my paster I had a testimony and to come and pick up my car.I told him I couldn't make it in the the 24th which was the next day Saturday cuz I was working from 6:30 am to 7pm and he said he will wait for me to give him a call before in the morning for him to clean up the car and have it ready for me.

I felt sick the next day and was leaving work early to go home and give him a call to have it done with and he said he like a woman who know what she want.I arrive and fill In a form and it was about family and friends contact and resident verification and job reference.less then a hour,his assistance john Erwin told me I was approved and saud to thank herb william and not to let him down cause he was helping me.I give them a post dated check to be cash .later the finance guy took me to his office and brought some paper work to me and said signed here and initial here and did that till all paper work was done .after we were done then he started going over them to me and at one part he then mention lease and I stop him right there and said,I do not want lease cause I don't want to pay for something that will not be mine and I don't have that kind of money and he said its a special kind of lease.I ask him at the end of the 48 months,will it be mine and he said yes and I said okay in that case it will be fine cause that will be too much money put into the car and it don't be mine .

before meeting with him I had told Mr william and Mr Erwin I did not want a jetta cuz it cost too much on repairing and Mr william told me this is what the bank approved for me and I had to take it.I even told him I was not ready to take the car yet cause I had a rental from budget and he said return it and they will give me refund and I said they will not cause it happen to me before and he said if its enterprise they had agreement with them and they will pick it up from them and I told him it was from budget and he call me when I got home to go back and take the car from the lot before the bank change their mind.I took my rental back and took a cab there and paid 54.00 and took the car and a week later spoke with the bank and found out I had the option to purchase the car at the end if 48 months and it is a lease and not lease to own .text him and his assistance and told them I didn't even like the car and don't want the contract and was told it would be voluntary and can take it back for them to repair the car and after six months can go back and change it to something else.I was trick in to the car and the contract.now I'm paying for something I will not own and then to add on to it,I told Mr William I wanted my payment to be split in to two payment a month instead of one monthly payment and he agreed to it and was told by the finance man my first payment will be November 24th but found out from the bank it is every Friday starting from that week .since then I never signed a thing without reading it and I drop the car off to them to repair on November 12,2015@10am and just got it back last Tuesday the 22nd and made several calls and texet to then and no call from them till I refuse to make another payment ,then I got all kinds of calls and text messages from three to four different people from their office and save all the text between Mr William and myself

 .he made me give a check for a thousand and took my debit information and the bank pay the debit card Monday October 26,2015
