Jubilee Pools and Spas -Bev Won't stand behind a Dangerous Defective hot tub Saginaw Michigan

 Bev at Jubilee Pools and Spas ripped us off! Sold us a $9300 Emerald Spa that had numerous issues and the bottom delaminated in 6 months. Manufacturer replaced. The replacement tub also came with numerous problems. None of which have ever been fixed correctly. She's blows us off just waiting for warranty to run out. New tub delaminated in 6 months. Leaving a indent in the footwell area. 18" around and 2" deep! It's dangerous and causes us to trip. Bev refuses to refund our money, saying its been over a year. Yet we told her about it when it was 6 months old. She obviously does not care about her customers safety. She only cares about the money in her pocket. My husband is disabled and we are on a fixed income. We used the money from his deceased mother to purchase tub to help with his health. Now we are out the money and a safe spa. Be warned Bev comes across as nice. But once there is an issue with what she sells, it becomes only about her and no one else. Greed! Amy Bay City Mi
