I was a student at ITT-Tech in Owings Mills, Maryland in 2011-2012. They promised me a good paying job and teacher instruction. I did not receive a good paying job, and received minimal instruction. Now I am unemployed and still over 13,000 in debt. I want to start a class-action suit or get in on one.
