 May 5, 22015 Oh my God, Padgett A. Vero, the incarnation of evil is back? She’s been silent so long I actually thought she might be in jail for one of her fraudulent acts. I see her moronic rants continue as usual about her husband’s vocal group name and trademark issues. The fact that this mental midget never addresses or responds to her false claims regarding her husband’s group taking credit for the 1964 ”School Bells To Chapel bells” & “I Love You For Sentimental Reasons” recordings on Josie Records, catalog #920 as can be seen at; globaldogproductions.info/josie.html Also nitice that between 1961 and 1966 there were 4 vocal groups known as The Styles who recorded for 4 different record labels as is proven by the Goldmine Price Guide to 45 RPM Records: tiny.cc/549qxx They were ever on Josie Records. These false representations are a true assessment to the degree of dishonesty the Vero family were willing risk to make themselves look better. Their disrespect to the music industry is disgraceful. When interviewed by authors, they gave erroneous information that now appears in 2 published books and one CD compilation’s liner notes. We also found a photo of Her husband’s group with a 45rpm image of their 1961 recording of “Scarlet Angel” on the lesser known and obscure Serene Record label along with a 45rpm image of the Josie Records “School Bells to Chapel Bells” recording in the photo, as if they were responsible for both recordings. Even a former member of her husband’s group, Dave Scotti was asked after a performance in Long Island, NY if the Styles who he sang with were the same Styles who recorded the Josie Records recordings noted above and his reply was “I have that record but no, we did not record those songs” You have to feel sorry for the husband, Giochino Vero. You never hear a word coming from him which is a strong indication as to who wears the pants in their household (smile). In the meantime, let this angry and vengeful woman rant on, RIAA knows the real deal and have been instrumental in putting us in touch with the Warner Music legal department who now own the Jubilee & Josie catalogs. They are quite concerned that anyone would dare claim credit for recordings within their respective catalogs knowing this not to be true and yet provide erroneous and misleading information for publication. When reading Mrs. Vero’s accounting, I ask one thing; Google search her name, Padgett A. Vero, her husband’s name Giochino Vero and you will realize neither of them appear anywhere, no web site, no face book, no twitter, no music industry presence at all. Now Google the person this blabber mouth nobody attacks and see who Gene Serina is. Padgett is an intellectual misfit intent on going after me and me alone. She doesn’t apply her demonic vengeance on any other source such as iTunes, Amazon, Beatport, Tracksource, and other retailers still selling the STYLES Josie Recordings or the more than 67 other internet web sites referencing the Styles Josie catalog #920 recordings. Padgett’s only target is me and my radio web site. Padgett A. Vero’s ego is beyond description. Her false claims and fraudulent misrepresentations are about to be dealt with. Gene Serina ,who runs a web radio from the corner of his bedroom at (((REDACTED))) is a trademark infringer, an intellectual property thief and a shame to the music industry. Gene spews lies, and never feels laws are for him to follow ,to wit this web site asks for you not to post personal information ie. addresses telephone numbers of individuals you are posting about ,but Serina did anyway so I have posted his address and telephone number as well.

First  Gene Serina claimed to have been in a styles group and made an alleged  recording with this bogus group in 1964. Serina was called out on this information that he had posted, because it was known Serina was inducted in the Army when this bogus styles group was formed and when he was discharged the bogus group had disbanded . When Gene Serina became aware people knew this he changed his story, but too late we have copies of his original statements.

Gene Serina's bunch tried to steal the trademark the styles and put an application in to the USPTO, however when they received a cease and desist letter they promptly filed an express abandonement of their application with the USPTO when they realized the legal ramifications of Federal Laws with regard to trying to steal a trademark name. Gene Serina supposedly in the music business was shamed.  You may go to the USPTO web site and verify this information key in #86274594 you will find Richard Pettignano the patsy for Gene Serina abandoned this application on June 25th 2014. Gene Seina and his bogus bunch cannot dispute that they again tried to steal our trademark THE STYLES R. OUR REGISTRATION IS ALIVE AND WELL #86302701. As Gene put it they were trying to comeback infringing on our trademark THE STYLES R beginning with their once in 50 years performance and stealing our trademark.  

GeneSerina's also infringed upon the trademark name of THE VELS when he took their name (as per his statements) back in 1963 using their name to record an alleged record. The  real  and original Vels were an all black group,that formed in the early 60's from Jackson Mississippi  and consisted of Sidney Calwel.Terry Lee Evans, Marion Knight and Al Sanders they had two record releases on TREBCO records . 

This was not the first time or the last time Gene Serina infringed upon a trademark name. THE STYLES R were formed in 1958 on the street corner of Miriam Ave in the Bronx and Louis Pesce was the founder and Jack Vero his cousin was in the group, Harvey Ledo, Arnold Abbott, Harold Epstein, and  Louis Anthony Pesce also cousin to Louis the founder and Jack Vero. In 1961 THE STYLES R made their first recording on Serene  Records Scarlett Angel and Gotta Go Go Go.  THE STYLES R also made another recording in 1963, prior. to release ,the tapes and the groups money was absconded by the groups manager who was never heard from again. Till possibly NOW! Louis the founder passed away in 1979. The Styles went on to release several more records, 1994 a commemorative record honoring Louis the founder and two CD releases in 2006. THE STYLES R are performing to this day.

Now you would think that Gene Serina learned his lesson and would mend his coniving, deceitful ways ,but no he did not. Not too long ago Gene Serina announced on his bedroom corner radio web site , he was joining  the original Paradons who recorded the hit record "DIAMOND AND PEARLS" whoops, nope the group he was joining Joel and The Paradons did not record the hit record. The original Paradons that recorded the hit "DIAMONDS and PEARLS were also an all black group from Bakersfield California and consisted of  West Taylor, Chuck Weldon. Billy Myers, and William Powers. While Joel Karp recently registered the name Joel Karp and the Paradons from a 2005 earlier registration that was abandoned. he or Gene Serina can have no claim of recording the  original hit song. Gene Seina at one point posted a copy of the hit Record "DIAMONDS and Pearls on his web linking himself and the group he joined to the hit record this IS considered intellectual property theft. On a side note per Gene Serina Joel Karp kicked him to the curb  out of the group and wants nothing to do with him.

By the way wouldn't it be proper for someone in the music industry, to pay his ascap and bmi dues on that cozy radio web, just a thought! 

SO here we have it Gene Serina, Uncle G, liar, causing confusion in the market place, trademark infringer, intellectual property theft ,a music industry shame, wanting sympathy for a problem thats all his fault, No apologies from hin for stealing anyones trademark. Gene Serina is SAD and PATHETIC . We have much proof that will remain undisclosed till this matter is litigated as per our counsel.
