On September 11, 2007 I was contacted by a door to door sales rep for Firstline Security telling be that my home had been selected for a free system and I would only pay monthly momitoring charge. I told the sales rep that we were going to remodel are home, and the front door would be replaced and there would be some entries to the home added. I was told that there was no problim they would come out and move the sencor from old door to new door and if I paid $70 for sencors for the additional doors the tecnicion who installed the system told this to me also. When I contacted Alarm services I was notified on June 5, 2008 would be handling my service they told me that it would cost me $100 an hour and I told what I had been told, I asked how to remove the sencor from the door and I would do it my self they refused so I have not used the system since but have continued to pay. As of June 18, 2009 I stoped the auto payments and contaced Alarm service that I was cancelling my service and the reason why, the conected me to a tecknicion from Firstline and I told him and just said I have to pay. I have also sent them a letter of cancellation.
