Oh My God ...

I thought I was the only one, and it feels good to know I am not insane. I started doing research on Firstline when they refused to cancel the contract on the 2nd day, on the 3d day from July of 07 to now they have fraudulently taken money from my bank over and over again, I have had to go into debit and take a ton payday loans just to catch up and open credit cards that were used to catch up from the payday loans we would not have had to take to replace what they took and to help repay most of the payday loans. I have also recorded all calls [with their permission] since I learned they were not going to cancel the contract.

On 10/17/07 I then learned that the contract should have had a cancellation form on the bottom of it I looked at it then it hit me, what the kid said before I signed the bloody thing you wont need this i need this to open the account and get credit for it. now they say that it needs to be in righting in order for it to be canceled and it is one big hassle after another with these people. What I have learned is Firstline has filed for bankruptcy, according to the BBB in Utah, Firstline never provided the service to begin with they sold the contracts to other security providers such as Security Associates International (SAI) upon review of this company, Firstline was trained to do this [if not then SAI has some explaining to do and needs to panelize Firstline].

I spoke to SAI on 04/01/08 [I know April fools day] before I would verify any thing I asked a few general questions to Macy whos direct supervisor is Rob [Ill leave Macys rep id off for now] she hung up on me with out answering the question [big shocker their] so I called back got Macy again [odd as it is] and she recognized my voice and again hung up again I called back [45 minutes later into the whole thing] I get Josea I ask him for his direct supervisor and I get a gentlemen who I dont want to get in trouble because he was so forthcoming with this information so I will call him Will:

What is SAI doing to combat First line violations of FTC regulations? we here at SAI are committed to helping the customers with fraudulently acquired accounts and have committed a specific legal team to helping these customers getting everything sorted out

What is SAIS official opinion about Firstline Forging signers on accounts and failure to do what they said they will do? again we here at SAI are committed to helping the customers get things sorted out

What is SAIS opinion of the accounts that Firstline has fraudulently attained and sold to SAI? if a customer tells me that we have a fraudulently acquired account then I would have them fax me a statement put on the fax ATTN: Will with the account number and I will forward this to that team who will review the account and after that review of the account they will mail you or email you their decision

Are they available to speak to? no. they will not speak to the public

What about a customer, will they speak to them ? no. they will not speak directly to customers only letters or email

Can I get the email address? no. we will forward all relevant information to them?

Should a customer retain a lawyer if you have a "legal team" looking at this and is involved? No you should not seek legal council

Keep in mind that all this was said before an account was pulled up, after my account pulled up all of what Will said changed to i didn't say that you are miss quoting me this is not at all what i had said even on the play back when the call was over he said it he just realized he messed up.

Today my wife and me are so stressed out because of all this, they have stressed my wife so much I have had to take her to the ER, Because the money they stole was for my wifes prescriptions that she Needs to stay alive. We told them this they said Im vary sorry to here that unfortunately this has nothing to do with your account We have contacted the BBB over all this, Firstline did not respond to the complaint until we told them their was an open complaint with the BBB. SAI now has the contract and the ability to cancel however they will not. Firstline has issued one check to us when we told them to cancel but they quickly put a stop payment on it we called them they said the bank did it, the bank said they cant, this was Firstlines doing and the bank manager called Firstline, Firstline removed the stop payment however we needed to wait 24 hours. The next day we went back to the bank and the stop payment was back on it, [thats a shocker there] the bank manager who we spoke to the day before said this was ridicules and told the teller to cash it because he spoke to Firstline directly the day before. So lets recap they fed-ex a $99.00 which is the amount -$1.00 check to us thats $28.00 plus 2 stop payment fees thats $38.00x2 and 2 month later $203.00 joke, just for us to learn that they took more then what they were to even if we did want the whole thing and they labeled it "activation fee" not a refund for service we did not want total charges:
$50.00 unwanted service charge the bank could not reverse
$28.00 bank overdraft
$15.00 payday loan fee
$33.00 unwanted service charge the bank could not reverse
$28.00 bank overdraft
$15.00 payday loan fee
$33.00 unwanted service charge the bank could not reverse
$28.00 bank overdraft
$15.00 payday loan fee
$33.00 unwanted service charge the bank could not reverse
$28.00 bank overdraft
$15.00 payday loan fee
$50.00 unwanted service charge the bank could not reverse
$28.00 bank overdraft
$15.00 payday loan fee
$50.00 unwanted service charge the bank could reverse because we cough it
$18.00 bank reversal fee
$7.50 payday loan fee
$442.50 for a total bite in the butt from Firstline & SAI not including interest on credit card charges that we would not have had to place if not for the payday loans, and the need to pay bills get food and my wife's medication & which the 99.00 check barely covers half of the interest. I guess the frustration in all this is that Firstline and SAI has never kept their lie straight, upon review of all the calls they never tell me the same thing twice, about the same issue, even the notes they read to me do not match what the call covered, even if you shortened an hour and a half call and what was said it is a far cry from what was actually said. This tells me that SAI & Firstline has falsified records on my account.

At this point I dont know what to do, I see all these people and wonder if it was just a pump and dump. If any one knows what to do advice would be greatly appreciated. If a kid knocks on your door from Firstline remember:
Proverbs 29:9 If a wise man contends with a foolish man, whether he rage or laugh, they are still a fool and there is no peace. so if you choose to deal with the company or still are dealing with these company's, record the calls and don't be shocked when they do not match what was written in the account and what was actually said. Do not scorn them because they dont know that they will be ripped off as well.
