Poetry forum using "honest critique" function on poetry posting to harrass then ban members, thus constituting defamation of character in not leaving administrative control open to enable member to keep their comment threads clean, instead having responding comment posts removed by administration who leave their abusive comments up, ignoring abuse reports. Tricks members into posting their poems, then harrasses and bans them, accusing them of plagiarism. Keeps poems written by cooperative members for compilations. This is a scam website that is using unsuspecting members for their intellectual property. I have encountered two other poetry websites like this. I was banned as a result of rejecting a so called critique on my very first post which resulted in further harassment by two moderators making insults and accusations.

Yes, the site is a 'crime ring' as you put it. As the so called 'owner' puts it in the letter, 'all rights remain' with the owner of the poem.
Which in their use of terms means that they are obliged to do anything outside them against a member.
'The great team of moderators' is a far fetched statement by far.
They have multiple accounts, harrassing unsuspected members and getting a kick out of it, while they trying to shine on a legit facade.
It is definitely a rogue site.

My report is a full disclosure and your rebuttal is clearly defiant rhetoric. You lose. Going out of your way to try to cover up your child abuse charges here further validates your cowardice. Why would I be disgruntled about being banned from a crime ring? Get a life.

We are a poetry and writing community allowing members to share their content. As stated throughout the site, all rights to posted content remain with the author, we never seek to lay any claim to anyone's intellectual property. We have a great team of moderators who give their time freely in order to answer member queries and remove content that is either abusive in nature, or very likely plagiarised from another source. It's very rare that it gets to the point where a member has to be banned (and thereby their content removed from the site). Members are free to edit and delete their own content as they wish. The author of the report I am replying to appears to have also encountered issues with other poetry sites. I would therefore urge them to stay within the guidelines of any website they are using, in order to avoid further issues. Making wholly untrue and fraudulent claims about a website, because they are disgruntled about being banned for not following the terms, is in my opinion unethical (at best).
