I ended up with some charge from BILLINGSVC.COM for $109.85 on my checking account. Soon after (that same day), I recieved two charges from CCBILLSVC.COM for $114.92, and $1.15 (marked as a Bill Payment Fee). I called my bank to dispute these charges and cancel the card. I was told they would block the charges (I'm still waiting for this to happen).
I then went to BILLINGSVC.COM to try and get a refund. There is only one page, and they ask for your credit card number. Since I have already cancelled it, I entered in the information, but they "claim" I'm not in the system.
I then went to CCBILLSVC.COM to try and get a refund. However, their page is simply parked. There is no information there.
