Blue Star Cruises Celebration Cruises misrepresentation of services Orlando Flordia

Purchased vacation package from Blue Star to travel on November of 2017. Less then a week before the trip, they called and told us the cruse ship was being used by FEMA in Pota Rico but they had a replacement ship and we would still be able to take our vacation.

We get to Flordia to stay at a rundown Ramada Inn. Our 90 minute resort tour, took up 5 hours and only ended because we got angry and told her we weren't listening to ant more. on top of not being told we had to do a tour till we arrived.

Upon getting to Flordia we discover this "ship" is no more then a Jet ferry. Half the reason we decided to buy the trip was the cruise for my wife. It took 4 hrs. to get to the Bahamas with nothing to do,while over half the passengers are thowing up so much they ran out of sick sacks. The food was to be inclusive but it wasn't. That left us with nothing to eat for over 8 hours. If we wanted to take a Jet Express we can drive a half hour and take one and it isn't $3000.00

When we got to the Bahamas port,we are told it will cost us $54 ea to get to the resort. On the return trip to the port, the bus broke down half way to the port, leaving us standing in 88 degree heat for over half an hour.

The trip back on the jet boat wasn't any better. but we had crackers to snack on that we took from the hotel.

The disclosure of the cost and what was being provided was sneaky at best. 

This trip was taken in November of 2017 and we waited hoping to hear from them to see if we would be compenstated for the trip being so badly represented.

That never happened so here we are, out over $3000.00 for a very crappy vacation.
