KOONS Tyson corner gmc and cheverllet , warranty issues, they are all SCAMMERS , they show you a car and sell you another one , they did same thing to one my my friend exactly the same way Vienna Virginia

I have purchased GMC suv from this dealership , they showed me a car with DVD that I have requested and they sold me another car without DVD, with 220 miles car ( test drive car) . I've buoght extended warranty, the car had existence problem before I buy it , and they  acknowledged about the issues and I have mentioned the issue in my first oil change (3000 miles) ,they never provide any courtsy car which it comes with extended warranty ,  and now they asking me to pay for the repair that was already existed before I buy the car , they have damaged my both rims which I have documented already, when I asked for courtesy car which I'm paying for that , Mr. Bill ( one of the service manager) was showing me where is the metro !!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ALL ARE SCAMMER....
