Notice of Dismissal without prejudice was received on March 11, 2016.  This claim made again David Miller and RO Financial Group Inc. was unacceptable to the point we did not have to defend ourselves and were dismissed.  We had no involvement with this transaction other than a referral of which apparently did not work out for the principal(s).  It is unjust that myself and company were named and with that being fact the court dismissed it.

This is an update from Fraud Prevention Associates who authored that original report on Roderick Kagy.  Mr Kagy has settled all issues with our client and is clear of these issues with our client.

To note, both Dr Janet Gresson and David O Miller of RO Investments have not settled nor have returned any cash investment made to this transaction and are still a risk to avoid for any investor. 

My name is David Cullen.  From June of 2012 to March of 2013 I was employed by 1 World Foundation, LLC by Mr. Roderick Kagy and worked on Project Development for the firm.  During my tenure I had not known of any dealings with the people named within the report except Mr. Kagy himself.  I had no knowledge of an agreement with any of the parties.

I understood that there were funds paid to DAVID MILLER of RO Investments and that Miller was to procure Standby Letters Of Credit and have them Monetized, financed to produce the promised returns on investments for what is know has HIGH YEILD INVESTMENT PROGRAMS.

I had witnessed Mr. Roderick Kagy seriously pursue David Miller with his Attorney and was continualy advised that the funds were coming next week, the day after, etc for months with no result except excuses and promises of payment and that his attorney Elliot Vernon, Esq of New Jersey was the facilitating party (received the funds) and whose accounts were being used for capital distributions that never arrived.

I was also aware that Private Investigators were retained by the 1 World Foundation, LLC to pursue additional avenues to retreive the funds from Miller and Vernon but no result was evident prior to my own departure from the firm in March of 2013.  I do not know of any further details after that period.  I had left the firm prior to the initial filing of this report.  I had relied on the fact that the company was working to resolve the matter with the complaintant and learned that no result has been completed to date. 

I am writing today to clarify that I was a hired person who had no knowledge of the initial promises and that during my tenure with the firm my credentials appeared on the Firm's web site as Project Development Director and the party who filed the initial RipOff Report had taken the website to identify the persons named in their report.

I was named in the report in error and would like the filer and Roderick Kagy of 1 World Foundation LLC to acknowledge and state for the record here that David Cullen had no involvement with any of the parties for the investments that they are reporting with Roderick Kagy or 1 World Foundation, LLC.
