I hate to hammer companies, but Kobo Writing Life is one of the worst out there. It took an email with 56 exchanges to resolve a problem...after several months of haggling. During these exchanges, we were lied to at least twice, and I had to threaten them with poor reviews and legal action in order to force them to comply. Well, here's the negative review. We sell more than 99% of our books via other channels. It simply wasn't worth the hassle to deal with such a horrendous company. You've been warned!
