Investesment Limited Investesment Limited Real State I am done my lease last month Boca Raton Florida

 Firstly i do not recommended Investment Limited Real State to anybody. Specific building located 4400 n federal hwy, management Mrs Lezly Morales. I am done my last last month. I received keys from my office in March 17, 2016. Management force to me pay March month in full, never return my money back, 4 months with no AC, ignore my letter, when I tryn talk to her in person, always busy, but very surprised for me is I sow her smoke Marihuana inside to her office by the window. I never contact her supervisor or manager bcause she refused give number or name for submit this complain. This very serious, unprofessional, rude and still my money for one year. Contract said I have to pay 530.00 a month and charge to me 583.00 a months for supous late payment, when I received the keys March 17.

She told me will show the camara when she give me the keys bcause she don't remenber. Finally never show me the video and send letter to me for do not return my deposit bcause I do not mention to her I don't want renovate the lease. Is imposible take new lease, durty carpet, no AC, do not respond my letter, not fixed nothing in the office. Only pay, and and pay and finally if u stop the payment you received 3 days notice at the door inmediately. Lesly morales unprofessional lady, smoke Marihuana in her office, she forget everything conversation talk to you and still my money for one year lease. I was working in that office only 4 months, that it. I do not recommended this company, don't list your time plus your money. People there only listen to you when you have to pay. That it....thank you
