Left the job unfinished, did shoddy work, overcharged, and took off with our money!

These 2 individuals, Kim and Chad Bailey, start a job, have poor workmanship, collect money and never return to complete a job. They are not collecting or paying sales tax to the state. They have ripped off at least 9 other families that we know of in 4 counties! The most recent is a widow out $20,000.

They didnt pay at least 3 of their employees who left the company. They ripped off a sub contractor who is out $3,300 in wages after they did work for them. They didnt pay Ricks Custom Wood Working $1,899 for our job even though we paid Bailey for the cabinet items. They said that they do not subcontract.

They lie about a lot. They will make an intentional mistake and blame you, and make you pay for the correct cabinets. They don't give final design work before installing. They overcharge on soft close hardware. 

Share this report about them with anyone and everyone. I have tried mutliple times to upload photos. We moved into a house with no drawers in ANY of the cabinets and vanities, multiple door and drawer fronts were missing. We were successful in filing a lien.
