This owner, Aki Varoukis who inherited his fathers, successful stone and countertops business, ran it into the ground and doesn't pay his labor. I understand that this guy has some short falls when it comes to ADD and obsessive compulsive behaviors but it doesn't make up for the fact that he doesn't pay his employees who are working hard all day for a commission. It only which means if he doesn't pay the commission, you don't get paid any money that you make during the full work day that you've provided to him or his company...driving all over Hells green earth to meet with customers face-to-face trying to make them purchase countertop products that are 35-50% priced higher than the competition and wasting your gas or electricity in your car. I got worn out from payroll checks being returned and not paid on time and also late commission payments or no commissions at all! The owner Aki Varoukis has profited well off of not paying his employees, he owns a nice home in Newport Beach worth over 5 million with about 1.5 million in equity.  Owner owes me $13,500 in commissions, filed many lawsuits against him as well as with the labor commissioner, I will get my owed money he just doesn't know that the surprise attack is going to come, especially in the form of liens on his clients homes. I would suggest to the 30+ others like me that haven't been paid on their jobs from this guy go contact your local clerks office and file a lien on the property. Also file a lawsuit and a small claim. The only way a mechanics lien can be released is by him paying you and you releasing it. Surprise is coming Aki Varoukis.
