Boards don't hire from a website like this. It is amazing that this business is allowed to continue with such an obvious scam. Where is the state of California attorney general? Pay to set up your account, pay for your bio and then sit and wait.  

If they were so confident of their business model, they would let prospects on for free and charge the recruiter looking for the candidate.  Caveat Emptor
