As a matter of policy, when Rip-off Report is retained by a company to mount an independent investigation and to publish our findings, we examine the truthfulness of the consumer complaints using every bit of information at our disposal. Our process is systematic and highly effective because: 1) It takes place at the consumer level and 2) the company or individual in our Corporate Advocacy Program must commit to 'doing whatever it takes to make things right with their customers.' By working closely with the company or individual, Rip-off Report can track the footprints left behind when their promised level of customer service is actually followed by the solid ground of real behavior. Every business receives complaints. Misunderstandings and other issues can get in the way of providing and accepting the best a company can do in specific circumstances. May International works with more than 6,000 clients in a year. SOME COMMENTS ABOUT GEORGE S. MAY INTERNATIONAL COMPANY ARE SO OUTRAGEOUS AS TO BE RIDICULOUS
After understanding more about the George S. May International Company and reviewing complaints made against it, it became apparent some complaints were inaccurate, totally fabricated and otherwise created to harm the company and its personnel. We have learned that a number of postings over time on Rip-off Report have indeed come from competitors trying to harm the reputation of the company. Remember, GSM executives believe there are legitimate complaints as they know, they cannot always be perfect. May International has been in business for more than 80 years and frankly if it did the actions some complaints accuse it of, it would never be as successful as it is today. When reading complaints, please consider if they sound reasonable, or if they could be coming from someone out of spite and should be taken with a grain of salt when you read them.

Also, consider this, that George S May has been listed on Rip-off Report for about the last 2 years on the first page of the search engines.. and all they have been able to muster up is a few dozen complaints. If they are so bad, out of 5,000 clients and over 800 employees, why wouldn't there be more complaints? Some companies on Rip-off Report have more than 2,000 complaints!

It is no secret that George S May was suing Rip-off Report. In an unprecedented statement, the company President stated that bad advise, not checking the facts about Rip-off Report was a knee Jerk reaction that got out of hand. The President of GSM stated he liked what he heard about this program and wanted to speak to me personally, the Founder of Rip-off Report to learn first had about me and this program.

George S. May International Company stated that company is not perfect either. We all make mistakes and we can never ever satisfy everyone.

Rip-off Report is very impressed with May International and after the researching the companies polices and new comitments to customer satisfaction, Rip-off Report gives the George S. May International Company a very positive rating.
