Bayonne, New JerseyOn June 21, 2006 my position with a company I was with for six years was eliminated. I have never been without a job for over 20 years. Desparate and searching on Monster.com I came across and job advertisement that said you can work from home.
I answered the ad and received a call from Online Business Systems. They told me that I could build my own business and they were going to show me how. I sent away for a package that cost 39.00.(The $39 is suppose to be refundable upon the return of the packag)
After receiving this package I found out that the was On Line Business Systems and the prodcut I would be selling was Herbal Life. It was at this point that I found out it was not really starting my own business with my own product.
I got a phone call from my Coach Julia Herlovich. After speaking with Julia, my coach she told me her own success story and that it was possbile for me to start my business on a part time basis until the business took off. I told Julia that I did not want to buy into a pyramid scheme and she assured me that in no way was On Line Business Systems a pyramid scheme company. She made it seem simple with her own success story so I sent away for my start up kit for $400.
I received the 'Marketing Plan' some startup Product and lots of training phone calls. The 'training' phone calls are fast paced. You have to be up and running within a 72 hour period after receiving your start up kit. Needless to say on one of the 'training' phone calls Anne Bullen, the Millionaire Team Member tries to get me to hand over $5000 which is needed to get the Herbal Life inventory. That is when I blew up and blasted her and Herbal Life for being so deceitful. I wasn't about to give $5,000 to a company that hasn't given me my $400.00 worth to begin with!
The money is suppose to be refundable and I have yet to get refunded for both packages.

Credit Card Charge
I received the Herbal life invoice for the International Business Packet. They charged my card $400.00. However, the invoice reads as follows.
Order No. 105120025 which has an order date of 2-28-06 and and oder time of 5:59PM. August Volume
Warehouse 03, Operator: Maria Zar. Ordered to you at my address ship to me>
Fully qualified Supervisor: Brenda Hollon & Qualifying Superivsor: You
A list of Product for a total of Discount Retail of 192.62, plus handling 18.73 and freight charge of 13.05 and tax of 4.30. for a total of 228.70. My credit card was charged 400.00. There is a balance of $170.00 where did the balance go or better yet to whom did it go to.
This is outrageous!
