Met this company after given its phone number tied to fraudulent charges made early morning hours by identity thief using my wife's debit card info obtained wrongfully. Manilodisan@aol.com stole my wife's info and three-digit security code and ran up two charges to this pathetic adult material site. They got their charges to pass after telling me no such attempts would happen. I could not convince them of any fraud, nor did they care that one of their reps had told me I should see NO charges. Got nowhere with the new rep nor his pathetic supervisor.

Contact your bank. If it was stolen they are the ones who need to do the processing. Depending on the contract and how the charge was verified the bank might be the one who has to pay the merchant. Even if that's not the case and the merchant has to eat the loss, you would be refunded. Contacting the company doing the billing does not protect your billing rights, and also allows the person to charge more since your card would be canceled once you tell your bank.
