MARK MCILYAR - Liveanabolic.com FIT after 50 Order not received. Riviera Beach Florida

I ordered the fit after 50 program online.  i paid and was promised to receive access to their fitness site and 4 fit wrist bands.  i have to receive those.

i tried to log into my account, which i created when i first order the program, using my email address.  i was unable to as it said the email address and password did not match.

i then tried to reset my password but it said the email was not in their system.  but yet they have sent me countless emails trying to sell me more things, such as supplements.

i sent the email address on their site to find out what was going on.  i received an automated email showing a link where i could view the issue ticket they said was opened.  when i clicked on the link to the site, i again was told that the email and password did not exist and that the email didn't exist in their system. 

i tried recreating my account on their site and that worked.  i was able to login.  so i tried the link for the ticket.  once again, it was invalid.

i was able to get onto my credit card account and the transaction listing showed me that the account had been charged for the order.  but to date, i have not received the wrist bands at all.
