GLENDALE, caThis supermarket co. is great at employee abuse:
1. Low pay (I made 1.00 a year pay raise)
2. NO movement within Co.
3. NOT seeking within those with skills for Co. needs.
4. Kiss ass Hqs mindset
5. NO discounts for employees.
6. Unionized: UFCW 770
7. Merged with Kroger this past year, late 1998.
8. Throws away TONS of edible food by code date.
9. Chain
10.Anti Hi Tech, modernization within.
11.Stuck in job slot forever.
12.NO input given,seen from employees.
13. Mystery shoppers/spy employees.
14. 24/7 hours, hours vary.
15. crowded (at my store)
16. Too many Armenians dont know English,read English.
