Ripoff Report Verified Safe

This is easily one of the worst ran companies on this planet. Ive been a subscriber for a little more than a year and have yet to get the service Im paying for. I have cable tv and internet through Allegiance and have to say its the most unreliable service Ive ever used. It got bad enough at the start of last summer that I started keeping a log of when my internet signal dropped and came back.

It was so often that in just three days I had more than 4 pages front and back of times it dropped signal.
I called 13 days straight trying to get them to send someone to come look at it and it never happened.
I got to the point that I refused to pay my bill until the issue was resolved, and instead of fixing it they disconnected my service. When I finally caved in and made arrangements, they sent someone out to add a room and the kid completely butchered the wall to my bedroom and the outside of the house, including drilling completely through the wall in the wrong room.

I had to have a shouting match with the service rep who finally showed up to look at the damage. We were in the front yard and he was screaming at me at the top of his lungs, so much so that my next door neighbor thought I was in trouble and came to see if I was ok.

I had service restored around the middle of September and still have not had the speeds Im paying for. I have the gaming package, 5m down and 3m up and I do a test everyday and I constantly only get 3mg down and about 768k up. I still have not had a tech out to see what the problem is, as they constantly tell me its because I pay my bill late. If they would fix the issue I would be glad to pay my bill.

This is getting to the point where I am seriously thinking of seeking counsel to maybe sue this company. If they would agree to pay my install costs for the company I had before I moved, I would be rid of them once and for all.

I need to be with a company that has a reliable signal, as I am a fledgling internet operation, but I dont think they understand the internet is an important tool in some peoples lives, since they havent updated their site since 2006.
