I am very disappointed with this law office. They have failed to do a professional work on filling out the forms. I even send to the office all of the forms necessary for the K1 that I filled out myself. John Roth and associates (the office) still make mistake filling out the forms. They told me that they cannot use the forms that I have done because (I forgot what was the excuses). I filled out all of the forms in about 4 hours. John Roth and associates took about 3 months. I do not recommend anyone to work with John Roth or any of his associates. The office send the forms that they filled out on the last day before the fee went up for me to proof with a tons of mistakes (wrong spelling of name, address, etc...). I had to rush to the notery to get these forms notarized after a not so good conversation with the office.

Before the interview of my fiancee in the Ukraine, the office emailled to my fiancee scanned documents that were unreadable to bring to the US Embassy for the interview. Luckily I was there with all the originals. The office did not inform/coach adequately for my fiancee for the interview and what to expect from the consular.

The main reason why I hired the office to do the K1 because my fiancee has a previous marriage with a bad divorce. Without this complication I can do it by myself.

Obviously from all of the above my fiancee was denied the K1 visa. The office was a unreliable source for information. I wrote couple letters to the secretary of state, the homeland security chief of the US and called the USCIS myself to find out information. The office is impossible to get on the phone and email usually took 2-3 days for a reply. I just got married and filled the K3 myself. I will ask for John Roth to refund my fee according to his promised on this website to refund if the office has failed to obtain the K1.

John Roth and associates (the office) is a scam. Nothing or 99.9% of the promises on their website is bad information (not correct). Also see Report: #277237 from another customer of the office
