I too was ripped off for $96.35 for their 'free sample only pay $3.95 shipping' line. I contacted the company after the bank put hold on my acct.for $96.35,
I couldn't call them because it was Friday so I emailed them, got a response right away stating they would cancel my 'subscription' and would release the hold. Thought fine, called bank on Sat.AM, they released the hold. Great I thought,on Tues. I get another email from them again stating cancelling the order and no further products/shipments will come. Again I'm happy, figure I have my money, everythings cool --NOT, I get notice from the bank for overdrafts due to a $96.35 paid out to IQ DERMA. So now they took the monies anyway and now I am incurring overdraft charges at $35.00 ea.ck.

Call them today(Thurs.), get rep Maria,on phone, she's stating that they state on your invoice a return date - if you don't return by that date they will charge your acct. for your products full price and will continue to do so until you return the product and if you miss that date and want a refund they will refund only 1/2 minus shipping charges. So I told them to send my copy of invoice because I would have never agreed to this set up -mind you she's telling me my return date was 11/11/08 said she'd send copy via email- while I am on hold (she went to speak w/ supervisor) I recv. another email stating I have a return date of 12/20/08 w/ a different confirmation number, same ship date and acct#!

So I ask if I am being shipped another order 'no, orders were cancelled' - so I told her about this email and the return date being different acct # same, ship date same 'Oh, that's the copy you wanted' I explained the differences, again on hold-rep comes back ' I spoke to my supervisor we are refunding your total amt and CHANGING that return date'! I kept pressing what is this new email, 'Oh I see you want to continue this!'.
I told her I don't believe you can change dates, I told her I work for the 2nd largest law firm in CT and I suggested they refund all monies and send me a cancellation stating refund info- I recv. 2 emails stating they'll refund $48.17!!!!!not the $96.35 she stated would be refunded and on top of that ask me to fill out survey. Don't buy their products -buyer beware,run away run fast - tell others don't buy from them
