Smithtown, New YorkI have been ill for the past several months and have now gotten back on my feet.I started exercising and was looking for a product to help me boost my metabolism.I purchased a 'trial' of Acai Berry 500 after seeing it advertised ALL over the internet.It had so many endorsements, I thought why not give it a shot. I tried the product and did not find that it did anything at all to improve my overall health. I called to cancel and thought that would be it.But No! they sent me more.Charged my credit card 89.00 and when I called them, I was put on hold for twenty minutes and then disconnected. I then called back and when I got an actual human being on the phone, he was rude condescending and when I explained my situation, he said, what do you want me to do about it? I am a professional and have never been spoken to like this person spoke to me.I then asked to speak to a supervisor and he said that HE was the supervisor.When I asked his name, he said Peter. This whole situation has caused so much trouble in my home, I do not want anyone else to ever have to deal with what I am going through so PLEASE stay away from this product and its affiliates.
