Glendale, ArizonaOn 11/3/08 I placed order on LightingCatalog.com for Monte Carlo fan 5GP60EW amount $215.10 Master Card. On 11/07/08 I received dirty used unit. On 11/08/08 I informed about it customer service by email. In the consecutive emails I attached pictures of received unit. I requested RMA to return unit. I was told that it takes long time to get RMA and the new unit will be sent to me. The new unit arrived 11/19/08 and looked the same dirty used unit. I took Palmolive and clean one small part. The dirty yellowish flat paint (claimed as an espresso white) dissolved and beneath glossy gray paint showed up with painting defects. On 11/19/08 I informed their customer service by mail and attached pictures and one more time requested RMA. I was told that these units are new just dusted (not true) and RMAs will be sent to me but I will be charged restocking fees if units work. To me it is scam.
