Chattanooga, TennesseeI was doing my banking and found charges for Privacy matters123 on my statement. I had not given them permision to do a debit transaction from my checking. I called the bank and they gave me the phone number for this company and I reached a automated system where I once again had to give my card number to cancel the account that I never signed up for in the first place. My bank told me be after they were paided their 19.95 fee I could sumbit a rebuttal for the payment. I probably will not get my money credited back due to the fact the automated system will not give the option of talking to a representative from this company. people be forwarned about this company and their deceptive ways of getting your information. Though I have super security and identy protection on my PC I quess not all things are safe via the net!
