I ran the internet Antiviral scan from their site (stated as Free). It flagged some serious viruses found and would not delete them unless I purchased the software.

The software was advertised for 24.95 but charges of 94.85 USD and 2.85 USD transaction fee were on my statement. I was also charged for a file shredder software that must have been default checked on the 'secure order page'.

The order showed up on my bank statement as drug stores/pharmacy merchant category, CHRpay.com/meyrocorp. Strange that it came up as a drug store category with the bank. This is what alerted me to check further.

I later found I am not able to download a workasble file shredder. It gives me an install file is corrupt error, and has done the same thing all six time of tring to get the download. I also can not find a site for the company

I had run my Norton a few days before the Antivrus instal and it came up clean. When I ran the Antivirus 2009 it found many instances of virus and add ware that were harmful. The AV 2009 has not found anything since, and neither has my norton.

I have written to ask to get a refund and have given them 1 week to respond or I will file a compalint with the bank and any other source I can find to file. Does anyone have a good site to file a trade or business complaint?
