Manchester, KentuckyI recieved a letter through my mail saying I have won a prize. The check amount is 3,962.55 and says its for administrative taxes and Clearance fees. But suppost to have won 57,000 for a randomly selected computerized ballot. It says it was from Readers Digest, Publishers Clearing House, Online Sweepstakes, and Internet Games. Be advised this is fake and we all need to do something about it.
