redford, MichiganI placed orde on 10-27-08. $9.95 was taken fromm my account instead of $5.95. after several days of taking the product i new it was not for me. i tried calling the number to the company before the alloted 15 days, but the line was busy/no answer/or it just plain hung up on you.I also sent a letter with no response. i called at least fifty times with the same thing happening. they just withdrew from my account again on11-12-08 and, again on 11-18-08 which over drew my accoont. today i called my bank to cxl my card and close this account.
