Gilroy, CaliforniaRecently my loan was transferred to Peak 5 from a California credit union. They gave me an address to send my payment. Ok I sent the payment in then I received a call from a person from peak 5 stating they never got the payment and were going to charge me a late fee. While my credit rating is in the high 8's something like this is going bring my credit rating way down. Now keep in mind I have never received as much as one piece of paper from these people. Payment notice coupon booklet nothing. It's been two months now and I have not receive a document from Peak 5. It's amazing they how some companies are aloud to operate.
