Denton, TexasSeveral residents at the Timberlinks Apartments in Denton, Texas, have complained on websites like www.apartmentratings.com, www.apartmentreviews.net and www.ratemyapartments.com about our new management company, the Lynd Company, and their deceptive billing practices and unexpected fees. (There are numerous complaints about the Lynd Company on the Ripoff Report too - just do a search for 'Timber Links' or 'Timberlinks' or 'Lynd.')
Just when I thought that the Lynd Company couldn't sink to a new low, it appears that someone from their office has resorted to writing postive reviews on various apartment websites to offset all of the negative ones. They are also leaving messages attacking residents who wrote negative reviews in the comments section.
Somebody affliated with the Lynd Company obviously doesn't want people to learn the truth about what this management company has been doing to its residents.

A strange coincidence, perhaps?
There's a poster on apartmentratings.com named 'christychristye' who is ardently defending the Timberlinks staff against some of the negative reviews there. Strangely enough, Christy Salmon - the regional manager of Timberlinks - uses the e-mail address 'christychristye @ yahoo.com.' It would be pretty unethical if Christy was posting there, pretending to be a resident, wouldn't it? But this is probably just a coincidence, right?
