Virginia Beach, VirginiaI ordered the complete 7 seasons of West Wing from best-boxed-sets on August 19th. My credit card was charged on August 20th but I never received the dvds nor did I receive any replies to my inquiries. When I logged into my 'account' with best boxed sets, the order is shown as 'pending.' There is no phone number or other contact information available--and I only know the location is Salt Lake City from my credit card statement. The internet said best boxed sets.
